Dr Julie Bakker's Lecture: My Response

Write a post in response to Julie Bakker's lecture, with the title 'Dr Julie Bakker's Lecture: My Response -- Your Name.' 

Can you summarise her argument about the causes of sex differences in brain and behaviour? How did you find the experience of attending a formal scientific lecture in the New Zealand context? What made it difficult to understand Bakker's content and on the other hand what factors assisted you in understanding it? Taking Bakker's lecture into account, how would you judge the impact that scientists and other researchers can have on the world? Is the profession of scientist or researcher one that you are considering for yourself? If so, why & if not, why not?
